TLC BEHAVIORAL CONSULTING AND SUPPORT LLC

Behavioral and Educational Support for Families, Schools, and Communities
TLC Behavioral Consulting and Support provides individualized behavioral, educational, and consultation services designed to help children build meaningful skills and participate more fully across home, school, and community settings.
OUR MISSION
Our mission is to provide compassionate, individualized, and evidence-based support that honors the dignity, strengths, and unique needs of every child and family. Through Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), educational support, caregiver collaboration, and community partnerships, we strive to build meaningful skills that promote communication, independence, safety, connection, and quality of life.
OUR CLINICAL APPROACH
Our clinical approach is individualized, naturalistic, and grounded in the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA). Programming is developed around skills that are meaningful to each child and family, with an emphasis on communication, independence, safety, adaptive functioning, social participation, and quality of life.

Intervention strategies are selected based on assessment, clinical need, individual strengths, family priorities, and socially meaningful outcomes. Because every learner is different, programs may include multiple evidence-based strategies and are continually evaluated and adjusted based on progress.
I am a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA), founder of TLC Behavioral Consulting and Support, and, most importantly, a mother whose personal journey with autism shaped the work I do today. Being both a parent and a clinician has given me a unique perspective on the importance of listening to families, honoring individual differences, and providing care rooted in compassion, dignity, and respect.

I have worked in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) since 2009 and became a BCBA in 2016. I founded TLC in 2021 with the goal of creating an organization where children and families feel supported, understood, and valued. What began as a vision for family-centered ABA services has grown to include individualized clinical programming, school and community partnerships, consultation, and training for professionals who support children with developmental and behavioral needs.
My approach emphasizes meaningful, socially significant skills that help children become more independent, communicate effectively, build relationships, and participate more fully in their homes, schools, and communities. I believe effective intervention should be evidence-based while remaining compassionate, naturalistic, and responsive to the needs of each individual and family.

I am currently pursuing my doctorate in Behavior Analysis and remain committed to advancing compassionate practices within ABA, education, and the broader community. My hope is that TLC continues to be a place where children are seen for who they are, families have a voice in their care, and professionals are encouraged to lead with both competence and humanity.
