Technician (CBT)

Not certified yet? No problem! We’ll train and support you through certification.

This is a great entry point into the ABA field and special education support.

Registered Behavior
Technician (RBT)

Already certified? We welcome experienced RBTs who want to be part of a collaborative, supportive team.

Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA)
-
Help guide behavior techs, write and oversee treatment plans, and work closely with families and schools.

Must hold active BCaBA certification.

New to the Field? We'll Train You!
If you’re new to the field, we offer a paid training program to help you become a Certified Behavior Technician (CBT) and eventually pursue your RBT certification. You’ll learn how to:

Support children in one-on-one sessions
-
Implement skill-building and behavior plans
-
Track data and communicate progress
-
Use ABA techniques in a fun, engaging way
You’ll be paid while you learn and paired with experienced mentors who care about your success.
