Meet the team of Certified Behavioral Therapists, Administrators, and Analysts that makeup TLC Behavioral Consulting.

HELLO.

I'M CASSANDRA.

While I am a Board Certified Behavior Analyst, I am a mother to a child with Autism before all that. This perspective and my personal experiences give me an intimate knowledge of, and empathy for, other families in similar situations. It is because of this I am able to give high-level care to families full of compassion.

Since 2016 I have worked as a BCBA for another company. While there, I enjoyed celebrating along with a family's daily triumphs and milestone achievements. Being able to work with families so closely was something I wanted to expand on. As a result, I have created a non-profit, TLC Behavioral Consulting Services, an organization that would put families first.

I have made it my mission to provide compassionate, high-level care to families and individuals affected by Autism, ADD/ADHD, Down’s Syndrome, and other related developmental disorders (regardless of financial situation) using evidence-based procedures derived from Applied Behavior Analysis, and comprehensive training to schools and first responders.

It is my hope to help as many children as I can through at-home care and at TLCBC's day treatment center. Through collaboration with the community, we also hope to bring awareness to and share knowledge of developmental disabilities and other related disorders.

HOLLY

Holly studied Early Childhood Education at the University of Oregon, and has had the pleasure of working in SpEd for over 10 years. She is an advocate for special needs having a brother who lives with special needs. This allows her to relate with clients and the obstacles they face. She believes that family and clients' needs always come first.

As a swim instructor working with children of all backgrounds, it was here Josie found her passion working with children with special needs to reach their greatest potential. Since then, Josie has joined TLCBC as a Certified Behavior Therapist. She is also attending Washington State University where she'll be graduating with a Bachelor's in Psychology.

ASHLEY

With an extensive background working with children of all ages and backgrounds, Ashley joined TLCBC in April 2023 as a Certified Behavior Therapist. Her experience includes having a mother who taught deaf children, working as a camp counselor, and camp travel director, being a support for foster kids, and most recently being a Director of Youth and Family Ministry for a church in Vancouver.

CINDY

Cindy has been working with children professionally since 2014. She has her master's in psychology with a concentrated interest in behavioral health. She has seen the effects of consistency and never getting discouraged. If one approach doesn't appeal to a child, she will find one that does.

GEOFF

Despite having only just joined TLCBC in January 2024, Geoff has years of experience working with children in a variety of roles, including camp counselor, substitute teacher, SpEd assistant, and games facilitator. He has a bachelor’s degree in psychology from Washington State University and over a decade of familiarity with autism in his household.

Peer Mentor

TAULA

Taula is a Peer Mentor at TLCBC. She has been working alongside her mom since she was a toddler. "One of my favorite parts of working with my mom is meeting new people and expanding their social skills." In Taula's free time, she does Tahitian dancing, and a lot of painting.
